Delivery & Return

delivery conditions

  • shipping areas
    We offer worldwide shipping and deliver our products internationally to almost all countries. However, please note that delivery may not be possible for certain countries due to legal regulations or logistical restrictions.

  • shipping costs
    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order weight and shipping method selected. All fees and costs are displayed before completing your order.
  • delivery times
    Standard deliveries usually take place within 14 working days, but may vary depending on the destination country, customs regulations and other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delays may be caused by holidays, customs clearance or other external factors beyond our control.

  • customs and import duties
    International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes or other import charges that are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

  • Undeliverable packages
    If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal of acceptance or other reasons, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for redelivery.

Return & Exchange

  • General information
    Customers have the right to return or exchange their order within 30 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

  • right of return
    To initiate a return, please use our contact form on the website and state your order number and the reason for the return. The products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Products that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned.

  • Exclusions from the right of return
    Opened products whose packaging has been opened or damaged are excluded from the right of return. Also excluded are custom-made products that have been made according to customer specifications and hygiene products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

  • return costs
    The customer is responsible for returning the goods unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective product). In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • refund
    After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that the refund may not include shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • exchange
    Requests for exchanges must also be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Please use the contact form on our website to register the desired exchange. The return of the goods must comply with the return conditions stated above.
