Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded through our online shop between us (the operator) and our customers (consumers and businesses). By placing an order, you accept these GTC as valid at the time of the order.

2. Contractual Partners and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded between:

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. The purchase contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices listed are final prices and include statutory VAT, where applicable. Additional shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and must be borne by the customer.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver worldwide. Delivery usually takes up to 14 business days but may vary depending on the destination country and external factors. Delays caused by customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control are possible.

Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process and must be borne by the customer. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to reclaim the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the contact form on our website. 7. Return and Exchange Policy

Detailed return and exchange policies are available in the respective section on our website. Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping errors on our part.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For minor negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations that jeopardize the achievement of the contract's purpose and are limited to foreseeable damages at the time of contract conclusion.

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper handling or use of the products. As an intermediary, we assume no liability for damages directly caused by the manufacturer's product.

9. Warranty

Warranty rights are governed by statutory provisions. The warranty period for consumers is 24 months from the delivery of the goods. In the event of defects in the delivered goods, you have the right to subsequent performance (repair or replacement). If subsequent performance fails, you may withdraw from the contract or request a price reduction.

10. Customs and Import Regulations

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply. These are not included in the listed prices and must be borne by the customer. We recommend checking the applicable import regulations of the destination country before placing an order.

11. Data Protection

Protecting your personal data is important to us. The processing of your data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where the consumer resides is not withdrawn.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the District Court of Stuttgart, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.

13. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions.
